breakfast - 1/2 cup multi grain oats with cinnamon hunny and  a bannana

Snack- Juice with ginger, lemon, orange, cayenne pepper and pineapple

Lunch will be homemade pumpkin soup :)

Ate a bit much today but it’s all healthy and it’s the start of the weekend

Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal

Snack at school: Apple

Lunch: little bit of ravioli 

Afternoon: Coffee

Dinner: Capsicum/ spinach / avacado salad with 2 veggie Sausages

Snack: Weight watchers ice cream
